GIN RAND

For a glass

INGREDIENTS

• 4 cl Bartolomeo®
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 2 cl lime juice
• 1/2 tablespoon honey
• Ginger ale
• Ice cubes

METHOD

Pour the Bartolomeo® gin, lime juice and honey into a tumbler glass and add the ice cubes. Add ginger ale, pepper and stir. For more flavour, let the pepper infuse.
